10 Easy Steps Towards Your Dream Home

1. Initial phone call

Fill out our form and we’ll give you a call at our scheduled phone consultation time. We find inspirational photos from sites like Pinterest and Instagram are super helpful in discovering overall tastes and styles. At this stage, we’ll talk about your ideas, must-haves, and overall vision for your home. It’s our goal to be able to share with you ballpark pricing as well as what the next steps look like.

2.Design Agreement

Excited to move forward? We will enter into a Design Agreement and schedule a time to visit your space, discuss your project, and learn how we can best create the refuge of your dreams. Typically we will include one of our design team members on this visit. Investment for this crucial first step ranges from $1,500 – 5,000, depending on what’s included in your Design Agreement.

3. Design phase

We design your project together. Some projects require just a simple sketch with a few notes and photos. Others require the help of one of our design team. Either our wonderful interior design team will ensure a cohesive project or our knowledgeable cabinet designer will ensure you get maximum usage in your new space. Or even both!

4. Pricing Promise

With your design work done and a clear scope of work defined, we will gather pricing from our trade partners and begin to block time out for your project. You will be presented a detailed scope of work along with a proposal of the final costs. The efforts and time spent during the design phase allow us to know exact selections, timelines for delivery and lock in pricing. You will see a line item crediting your design agreement upon signing the contract and this will lock in your pricing so there are no surprises later on.

5. Set up the project timeline

We set up the start of your project, detail the project timeline, and make sure you know what to expect from each stage of your project. Your project timeline and project details will be shared with you through our amazing software that allows you to see the schedule at a glance. We try to operate in complete transparency and welcome your questions!

6. Protect Your Home

Before starting any work, we have an initial walkthrough of the site to go over the plan again and explain what we will be doing during construction. We will identify any potential challenges at this time and then prepare your home for work. Rest easy as we protect your home at all times and keep a tidy work site.

7. We make it happen

We get to work and create the vision you have for your space. While we’re in your home, we’ll try to keep the noise down, stay out of your way, and contain the dirt, dust and debris to the best of our ability.. You can expect a broom clean at the end of each day and vacuumed for the weekend. We do everything possible to give you your home back sooner than expected.

8. Post-job walkthrough

We’ll do a final walkthrough together to ensure we have not overlooked anything. We will walk you through your new space, show you how things operate, and talk you through what care will look like.

9. Follow up

Our 1-week follow-up visit allows you to take your time and get accustomed to your new space. If, during this time, you find any issues that you’d like addressed, we’ll take care of them for you. We want to make sure that your space is at the elevated level you deserve.

10. Enjoy your new space

Project completion doesn’t mean the end. We build relationships, not just projects. Reclaim your space, enjoy the improvements, and invite family and friends over to admire. Rest at ease knowing about our 3-year warranty. It’s our way of showing you that your satisfaction is our highest priority. If during this period anything that is within our control comes up, please reach out to us. If it’s included in our warranty and contract, we will come in and fix it for you free of charge.
